尽管首张专辑反响一般，但Radiohead 1995年的《The Bends》和1997年的《OK Computer》这两张专辑却令他们大红大紫。其中，《OK Computer》在发行后不久还被英国著名音乐杂志《Q》评为“史上最佳摇滚专辑”。2000年10月，Radiohead第四张录音室专辑《Kid A》面世。虽然这张专辑中没有一首单曲或音乐录影带在美国打榜，但《Kid A》在美国发行后第一周仍以优异的成绩获得Billboard 200专辑榜的冠军。
