City Flanker是一支成立于绍兴的氛围自赏团体。2015年夏天，独立发行了EP《Let Me But Listen》，并连续两届参加了由LuuvLabel厂牌主办的东亚自赏音乐节。乐队在前主唱离队调整后，转型为一支电子盯鞋乐队。第二张EP《Sound Without Time》，融合合成器舞曲元素于根源自赏。风格从新迷幻到Chillwave，Dream pop都有尝试，漂浮的噪音墙，电气化的音色，让人坠入一个真实的梦境。
